"Support was just okay"
I had to reach out to support about my order and they did get back to me, but it took a bit longer then I thought it would. The reply helped, but I had to read it a couple times because it wasnt super clear at first. Overall not a bad experiance, just average for me.

"Delivery took way longer than promised"
I was told my order would arrive by a certain date, but it ended up taking forever. It’s really frustrating when a company makes promises about delivery times and then doesn’t stick to them. The whole experience was just disappointing.

"Feels overpriced to me"
I might be missing something since I didn’t compare every single option out there, but from my experience, the prices just felt way too high for what you actually get. I walked away feeling like it wasn’t really worth it

"Pretty limited selection"
Not gonna lie, I went on gobulkmedical.com expecting to find a decent variety of medical supplies, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the items I was looking for either weren’t available or only had one very basic option.
It might be fine if you just need simple bulk supplies, but it didn’t really work for me. I ended up checking other sites because I couldn’t put together a full order there.

From what I remember, almost everything in my order was correct. There was just one item that wasn’t what I asked for, but the rest was fine.
